Journal of Stability Studies and Public Policy (JSSPP) is committed to equitable access to scholarly publishing and the unrestricted dissemination of academic knowledge. The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model in which neither authors nor readers are required to pay publication or access fees.

JSSPP does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process. This policy applies to:

  • Submission fees
  • Article Processing Charges (APCs)
  • Peer review fees
  • Acceptance fees
  • Publication fees
  • Editing and formatting fees
  • Online access fees

All manuscripts submitted to JSSPP undergo the journal’s standard editorial assessment and peer review procedures without any financial charge to authors. Accepted articles are published online and made freely accessible to readers immediately upon publication.

No payment is required for editorial processing, peer review, article preparation, or digital publication. The journal’s publishing operations are supported through institutional and other non-author-based sources to maintain the independence and accessibility of the publication process.

JSSPP does not provide preferential editorial treatment based on an author’s ability or inability to pay. Editorial and publication decisions are made independently of financial considerations and are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and ethical standards of the submitted manuscript.

Through its Diamond Open Access model, JSSPP seeks to reduce financial barriers to scholarly communication and provide an equitable publishing environment for researchers working in Stability Studies, public policy, governance, and related interdisciplinary fields.
