Journal of Stability Studies and Public Policy (JSSPP) respects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to maintaining clear, fair, and transparent copyright practices in scholarly publishing.

Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing with JSSPP, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the published article publicly available.

All articles published by JSSPP are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). The license permits others to share, copy, redistribute, and adapt the published material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the CC BY 4.0 license is provided, and any changes made to the original material are clearly indicated.

Authors retain the right to share, deposit, and reuse their published work in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. Authors may also use their published work for academic, educational, institutional, and other lawful purposes without requiring additional permission from the journal, provided that appropriate attribution is maintained.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties. Any third-party material included in a manuscript must be appropriately acknowledged and, where necessary, used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.

The publication of an article under the CC BY 4.0 license does not transfer copyright ownership to JSSPP. The journal retains the right to publish, distribute, archive, index, and preserve the published version of record.

JSSPP may correct, amend, or retract published articles when necessary to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. Such actions do not alter the copyright status of the original work and are handled in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and correction and retraction policies.

By publishing with JSSPP, authors confirm that they have the necessary rights to grant the journal the publishing rights described above and agree to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
